More Blog Improvements

So I have been working on creating a unified theme for the blog in my limited spare time.
I have finally found my rough sketch for the header – which I then took and developed into a full sketch.

Now that I have it mostly fleshed out – I have to get it sized down to fit properly without it looking bad.  I need to make a choice do I want to color it in? or leave it black in white?
