Mango Tango

Mangos!!  I just had to say.. show some love for your mango!

Excellent with just some lime juice and a fork or you can get wild and make a smoothie!

1 cup of plain yogurt

1 cup of Fresh Mango

1 cup of Apple Juice – blend till smooth.

  1. YUM!!!! I’ve never used lime juice on mango – very interesting! A mango milkshake is pretty out of this world too – mango, milk and sugar, with some cardamom, maybe – although not as healthy as a smoothie 🙂
